The Conductor is a devised absurdist piece that explores how men experience grief amid patriarchal pressures. This exploration dissects the grieving process, with each emotion represented by a member of the band and the Conductor is right in the middle of it. Will he allow the memories to lead him through the grief, or will his need to control them lead him back into the cycle?
